Service Provider Partner
When you submit an inquiry, your information will be shared with Inner Loop Construction, our vetted concrete contractor partner. Any contracts, proposals, or service agreements will be directly between you and Inner Loop Construction. We earn a referral fee when projects are successfully connected through our platform.
How We Define Each Concrete Engagement.
Written proposals, bid forms, or executed subcontracts define the agreed scope of work, exclusions, clarifications, and alternates. Pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any changes require written approval through a change order or directive issued by authorized project contacts.
- Estimates & Budgeting
Budgetary pricing is provided for planning purposes only. Final contract amounts are determined by a signed proposal or subcontract.
- Exclusions & Allowances
Specific exclusions, allowances, or owner-supplied items will be listed within the proposal. Work outside the documented scope is considered additional.
- Project Documentation
We rely on drawings, specifications, and schedules furnished by the client. Any material changes must be shared in writing to maintain pricing and timelines.
Project Outcomes And Service Limitations.
As a referral service, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the quality, timeliness, cost, or outcomes of any concrete work performed by our service provider partner.
Project Outcomes
Example projects displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar results for your specific project. Actual outcomes depend on numerous factors including site conditions, project scope, weather, material availability, and contractor performance. All project imagery and case studies are examples only, and results will vary.
Service Provider Performance
While we select our service provider partners based on experience and qualifications, we do not guarantee their availability, pricing, quality of work, or adherence to schedules. Any disputes regarding work quality, pricing, scheduling, or performance must be resolved directly between you and the contractor.
Limitation of Liability
Concrete Contractors of Carrollton shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our referral service or work performed by referred contractors. Our total liability is limited to the referral fee paid by the contractor for the specific lead in question.
Field Execution Built Around Collaboration.
Project schedules are coordinated with your superintendent or designated representative. We require reasonable notice for pour dates, inspections, and equipment sequencing, especially for night pours or large-volume placements.
Site Readiness
Work areas must be accessible, with completed subgrade, formwork, utilities, and inspections prior to mobilization. Delays due to site readiness may result in standby or remobilization charges.
Material Procurement
Lead times for reinforcing steel, embeds, mix designs, and specialty finishes depend on supplier availability. Prompt approvals help keep timelines on track.
Weather & Force Majeure
Inclement weather, supply chain disruptions, and unforeseen events outside our control may impact schedules. We coordinate alternative dates as quickly as conditions allow.
Protecting Crews, Clients, And Job Sites.
Our teams operate under OSHA regulations, project-specific safety plans, and municipal requirements. Clients must disclose known hazards and provide site-specific orientations where required.
- Insurance & Licensing
Certificates of insurance, licenses, and bonds are available upon request and aligned with contractual requirements.
- Jobsite Safety
We maintain documented safety meetings, PPE compliance, and daily hazard analysis. Clients share responsibility for enforcing site-wide rules.
- Environmental Standards
Stormwater controls, washout areas, and environmental mitigation are coordinated with the client to comply with local regulations.
Transparent Billing With Construction Best Practices.
Payment schedules follow the terms outlined in your contract. Standard terms are net 30 from invoice date unless otherwise negotiated. Progress billing may be submitted monthly based on work performed and materials on site.
Change Orders
Approved change orders are billed in accordance with agreed unit rates or time-and-materials tracking.
Late Payments
Past due invoices may incur finance charges or work stoppage until accounts are current. We coordinate closely to avoid disruptions.
Lien Rights
We reserve all lien and bond rights under Texas law for unpaid work or materials furnished.

Referral Fee Protection
If you engage the referred service provider for additional work within the 24-month period without going through our referral service, you agree that we are entitled to our standard referral fee for those projects. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the total contract value as agreed between us and the service provider.
