Concrete Contractors of Carrollton functions as a marketing and lead generation platform. We are not a licensed concrete contractor. Our service connects prospective clients with our selected concrete service provider partner.

What We Do

  • Collect and forward project information to our service provider partner
  • Facilitate initial connections between clients and qualified contractors

What We Don't Do

  • Perform concrete construction, installation, or related fieldwork
  • Hold contractor licenses, bonds, or construction insurance
  • Assume liability for construction work performed by our referral partners

Service Provider Partner

When you submit an inquiry, your information will be shared with Inner Loop Construction, our vetted concrete contractor partner. Any contracts, proposals, or service agreements will be directly between you and Inner Loop Construction. We earn a referral fee when projects are successfully connected through our platform.

Scope & Proposals

How We Define Each Concrete Engagement.

Written proposals, bid forms, or executed subcontracts define the agreed scope of work, exclusions, clarifications, and alternates. Pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any changes require written approval through a change order or directive issued by authorized project contacts.

    Budgetary pricing is provided for planning purposes only. Final contract amounts are determined by a signed proposal or subcontract.

  • Exclusions & Allowances

    Specific exclusions, allowances, or owner-supplied items will be listed within the proposal. Work outside the documented scope is considered additional.

  • Project Documentation

    We rely on drawings, specifications, and schedules furnished by the client. Any material changes must be shared in writing to maintain pricing and timelines.

As a referral service, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the quality, timeliness, cost, or outcomes of any concrete work performed by our service provider partner.

Our total liability is limited to the referral fee paid by the contractor for the specific lead in question.

Project schedules are coordinated with your superintendent or designated representative. We require reasonable notice for pour dates, inspections, and equipment sequencing, especially for night pours or large-volume placements.

Site Readiness

Work areas must be accessible, with completed subgrade, formwork, utilities, and inspections prior to mobilization. Delays due to site readiness may result in standby or remobilization charges.

Material Procurement

Lead times for reinforcing steel, embeds, mix designs, and specialty finishes depend on supplier availability. Prompt approvals help keep timelines on track.

Weather & Force Majeure

Inclement weather, supply chain disruptions, and unforeseen events outside our control may impact schedules. We coordinate alternative dates as quickly as conditions allow.

Safety & Compliance

Protecting Crews, Clients, And Job Sites.

Our teams operate under OSHA regulations, project-specific safety plans, and municipal requirements. Clients must disclose known hazards and provide site-specific orientations where required.

  • Insurance & Licensing

    Certificates of insurance, licenses, and bonds are available upon request and aligned with contractual requirements.

  • Jobsite Safety

    We maintain documented safety meetings, PPE compliance, and daily hazard analysis. Clients share responsibility for enforcing site-wide rules.

  • Environmental Standards

    Stormwater controls, washout areas, and environmental mitigation are coordinated with the client to comply with local regulations.

Payment Terms

Transparent Billing With Construction Best Practices.

Payment schedules follow the terms outlined in your contract. Standard terms are net 30 from invoice date unless otherwise negotiated. Progress billing may be submitted monthly based on work performed and materials on site.

Change Orders

Approved change orders are billed in accordance with agreed unit rates or time-and-materials tracking.

Late Payments

Past due invoices may incur finance charges or work stoppage until accounts are current. We coordinate closely to avoid disruptions.

Lien Rights

We reserve all lien and bond rights under Texas law for unpaid work or materials furnished.

Non-Circumvention Agreement

Protecting Our Business Relationships.

By using our referral service, you agree not to circumvent our role in connecting you with service providers for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of your first contact with the referred contractor.

Agreement Terms

During the 24-month non-circumvention period, you agree to:

  • Not engage our referred service provider directly for additional projects without going through our referral service
  • Not share the service provider's contact details with other parties to circumvent our referral fee
  • Notify us of any additional projects you wish to pursue with the referred contractor

Referral Fee Protection

If you engage the referred service provider for additional work within the 24-month period without going through our referral service, you agree that we are entitled to our standard referral fee for those projects. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the total contract value as agreed between us and the service provider.

Exceptions

This non-circumvention agreement does not apply if: (1) you had an existing relationship with the contractor prior to our referral, or (2) you independently discovered the contractor through other sources without using information obtained through our service.

As a referral service, there are limitations on what information we can share about our service provider partners before and during the referral process.

We recommend that you independently verify the following with any contractor before signing agreements:

  • Detailed pricing, payment terms, and project schedules
  • Warranty terms, dispute resolution procedures, and contract terms

Due Diligence Responsibility

You are solely responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before hiring any contractor referred through our service. While we select partners based on professional criteria, we do not guarantee their performance or assume responsibility for verifying all aspects of their qualifications for your specific project.

Warranty

Quality Assurance Backed By Documented Warranties.

We warranty workmanship against defects for one year from substantial completion unless your contract specifies a different term. Manufacturer warranties apply for proprietary products or systems we install.

  • Warranty Claims

    Notify our service team in writing with project details, scope description, and documentation of the issue.

    Damage caused by misuse, third-party repairs, design errors, or events outside our control is not covered.

We aim to solve project concerns cooperatively. If disputes arise, parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation, followed by mediation in Denton County, Texas, before pursuing litigation or arbitration as defined in the contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for legal proceedings will be in the state or federal courts serving Denton County unless your contract specifies otherwise.
